My last 2 visits to have my car serviced were not ideal, to say the least. I came in for my tire pressure light on and also an oil change. I was told my brake lines needed to be flushed as well. I waited over 2 hours and had to get the service person to check on my car. I waited 30 to 45 minutes until he came back and told me I had a nail in my tire and was told I needed a new tire. I sat back down to wait and all in all I spent 6 hours in the waiting room. The last visit on 6/26, was for the tire pressure light. I spent just as much time in the waiting room but had to leave and come back 3 times to get a loaner car because I left after 5:45pm when my initial appointment was at noon. The protocol was not followed the first visit. I drove 6 miles and the tire pressure light came back on so I came back. The second time I left I went 2 miles down the road and the same light came back on. I called and was told to come back. Then I was told I would get a loaner car because it would take the head of the mechanics a couple hours to check my car. I was told that my car would be ready early the next afternoon and I would be called early letting me know of the status. No one called me. I called before noon 6/27 and was told that my car would be done by 5:30pm, which is not what I was originally told the day before. The serviceman that answered, Patrick,(I believe) said he would call me by 3pm to let me know but also had to check the status and couldn't tell me anything. So I know it was forgotten about again. He called me back about 10 to 15 minutes after that and asked if they had permission to road test my car. I said yes. No one called me back and so I called again around 2 to check and it still wasn't ready to be picked up they said nothing was found. Patrick called me just before 3 and said multiple road tests were done and no leaks were found but they wanted to do more road tests and never called me to let me know until then. He said it was ready. I regretfully refueled the loaner car despite not wanting or expecting I needed one. I was told at least 4 people road tested my car. There were 10 miles put on it during the road testing and the fuel mileage went from at least 35 miles per gallon down to 29 miles per gallon. So I know the road test was not done true to my driving habits, which is not being a lead foot. I pay for the Honda Care package including tire coverage so I think that came into play with my service treatment since I don't pay any extra per service needed. So all in all I'm not happy with how everything has been handled, especially since I was basically made to be the bad guy when I picked up my vehicle and was just rushed out. I forgot to add that whoever opened the glove box to get the wheel locks did not wipe it off and grease was on the glove box door and dashboard when I got in the car. Thanks.

I was very happy with Patrick. Unfortunately, after coming in on Monday to get an oil change, I was told I needed a 30,000 mile service (including break fluid change, transmission fluid change, filters, etc) I had to take my car back to Honda this morning (Wed.) on my way to work because my transmission will not go over 1500 rpm (keeps popping and dropping back down). I now have a rental car at work and have to make arrangements for my daughter to get picked up because no one knew what was wrong with my car. (I am under the assumption that since the "transmission" was messed with on Monday, I'm pretty sure that it's a transmission issue - connection or wrong fluid put into the car) Thank you.
