No response after texting for status updates. No return call(s) after leaving voicemail(s). Upon arriving to pick up vehicle was told that they were not able to locate key and that a new one was going to be cut and that I'd have to come back to reprogram 2nd key at home. Then all of a sudden tech was located and key was found. Not given radio code until asking before leaving. Not given receipt for repair until I asked for one. Have not received any follow-up regarding option to have front struts replaced. Disappointed that Service department appears to be so disorganized.
