We were disappointed that the small dent on the driver's side rear door could not be fixed. When we bought the car the dent was noted. The salesman and Ms. McGrath said that it "would be fixed" when we brought it in for service. The "no paint" method was tried and but could not fix the dent. No mention was made of the "no paint" method when we purchased the car.
