I think the hourly rate for mechanics is outrageous, was above 1/3 of my service and if it wasn’t for Lorenzo working with me on price- it probably wuld be half my bill. I have more service coming due, I may need to not use Honda certified parts / service on next service- too expensive

You folks have service coupon available on the internet, when contacting the website these specials are not listed and unless I provide Name, phone and e-mail, service coupons are not provided, however Nissan always informes me of the their specials. I quess I will go to Nissan in St.Charles next time
