Initial service rep charged me 150.00 for loose gas cap. I had to call Service manager and explain that the service rep charged me 150.00 to tighten the gas cap. Ron the Service Manager apologized to me and promptly reversed the 150.00. Had I not called the manager I would have been charged 150.00 fo tighten the gas cap.

Ray was good - communicated well. However, there is a MAJOR problem with the repair. The A/C was blowing warm air. I paid to have freon added and now am hearing today from my wife that the A/C is still blowing warm air. What exactly did I pay for? I left Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake because they could not fix the car properly. Am I going to have the same issues with you? I am looking to buy a new car and this experience is souring me on Honda.

Jerry was AWESOME as always!!!! However I was not totally satisfied with he service provided by technician. He forgot to give me back the key for my tire lock and when I got home I noticed that he did not put my rear door back together properly and I had to return to dealer for them to finalize it. Jerry handled everything with professionalism and I appreciate it!!

I left the dealer and half way home the air bag light came on. The glove box lid is crooked and there is a rattle in the dash. I waited 2 hours for a 45 minute repair and now have to come back.
