Overall a very nice person. I was upset when he tried to take me to pay my oil change when it's covered by warranty, also trying to emphasize the fact that my car needs the full maintenance work up after 30k when my car only has 26k and letting me know the prices. When my car was ready after the oil change he did not check if the car was covered for the oil change. I've taken my car here 4 times now for an oil change and never had any issues not did I need to address if I had to pay for the oil change or if it was covered. Just annoyed at the fact that I would've paid for an oil change today if I didn't know that it was already covered, and the fact that I would've paid and no one checked nor said anything is pretty upsetting. I understand it's a business but taking someones money like that without checking is unacceptable. I love this dealership and everyone always treats me well and the service is wonderful but today was pretty upsetting to know you would've taken my money without checking.
