Unfortunately I had to do a bit of follow up on my car to determine it was ready for pick up. The service people were friendly but the follow up to ensure I was aware the car was completed was sub par at best.

Don Evenson was very helpful. My sales person, Star was a doll. You had a 2016 advertised on the web for 25,919. Out the door it went up to almost $29,000. I understand title transfer fee, taxes,etc but the extras on a USED vehicle I don't understand. That is misleading and according to a lawyer, it's fraudulent! I did not buy that vehicle. Ended up with a 2015 CR-V that was not ready for sale. The ceiling above the drivers seat was dirty. There were and still are 4 spots on the drivers seat that service was to remove on Friday but failed to do so. Suffice it to say, this whole experience was not a good one. I chose to buy from McGrath because of the 2016 CR-V with low mileage....that was not represented honestly on the web. The chances of me buying another veh. from McGrath are very slim.
