Very dissatisfied with the service I received. I was not informed of anything. After four days I was contacted, to be told nothing can be done and nothing was found to be a problem. I got in my truck to see a piece of paper stating it FAILED a wheel alignment which Again I was not made aware. Nothing was done and the customer service was poor!

Getting a loaner vehicle while having my car worked on is always appreciated. It allowed me to go home and stare blankly at the wall while I reflected on where, exactly, my hollow shell of an existence is headed. Like usual (this is a daily thing) I got depressed so I ate half a French silk pie and did a rather large amount of ketamine. It’s always awkward when I binge eat/k-hole in waiting rooms, so it’s great if I can avoid them.
I’m kidding. In all seriousness, Chris explained what needed to be done clearly and was helpful/professional. At 7:00 in the morning, this is impressive.
