Jackson was a fine service manager. He took care of me and my CR-V very well. The work done on my car was done well.
One issue that I shared with Jackson: the loaner courtesy HR-V was filthy inside and out, especially inside. Not a good reflection on McGrath, especially when your company name is proudly displayed on the font and rear windshields. Definitely not a courtesy.

Chris searched my account for the alignment that was done in December, yet no record is there. I have the paperwork showing it was done. He printed out everything on my record. For some reason it isn't there...so when he suggested having it done, my husband informed me he had it done just two months prior. I appreciate Chris looking into it for me, but McGrath Honda should have their records accurate.
