Even though I think Lorinzo is conscientious, affable and technically competent, I did have issues with my service and needed to escalate them to the service line manager (Scott) and Service Manager (Ron). With that in mind, I believe Lorinzo could have better diffused the situation if he had been more responsive to my concerns.
