Chris Houlis was very informative and friendly. The service department was very busy, but Chris was solely focused on me when I was working with him. The car was completed timely and was also sent through the car wash. I am very happy with the service I always get at McGrath and will continue to bring in my vehicles.

I was almost there for two hours when I was told it should be a little over an hour. The oil change was very expensive in cost and my time. The service recommendations were also very high priced and I feel like they were recommended based on time and cost, not because they were needed.
