Maybe a paper map of Elgin would help.
The Greens of Elgin is located about 1 block south of Royal Blvd
On the east side of the street. There is a sign out by the road that
says The Greens of Elgin. The building is set way back from the road.

Brought my Explorer in for an oil change and booked it on-line the day before. Called to verify today and no one had any record of it. They said no problem bring it in. So I brought it in durning my lunch and it was an hour and 15 min wait. Rep asked me if I wanted tires rotated I said yes. Also weather stripping on the door was coming off so I asked for a quote on that. Went to pick up my car for all of this asked several time if this was all taken care of. I was assured it all was. Asked David one more time was everything taken care of he said yes. Looked at the paperwork and said you guys didn’t rotate the tires. I asked when he can do it he said not today because it would take too long so he gave me his card and said here just call me sometime and we will get it done. My Explorer was there from 11-4:30 and I was told they couldn’t do it that day. My Explorer has a recall I said can we make an appointment for that and get the tires rotated then. He answered with no we don’t do Fords. The man John that drove the courtesy car was excellent and I do appreciate that as a service.

My vehicle failed the emissions test. I don’t know how or why this occurred if I have always serviced my vehicle with Honda. The last time I was there (January) my vehicle was serviced for an oil chance. No mention was made of any alerts or problems with my car. I paid the diagnostic fee of $80, two hours later to only have feedback that they only had to ‘reset the monitors’. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and care done to my vehicle. I plan to never go to that specific location again. Also, I do plan on purchasing a new vehicle with Toyota. I hope this helps management place better strategies when having technicians service and properly reset the vehicles every time they service a car.
