Very displeased with the quality of work provided on my vehicle. I paid for a full service detail($169) on my car and received poor quality care. The outside of the vehicle looked great, but the inside was terrible stains that can be easy removed were still there, silver parts of the interior, looked like they wiped it with a dirty rag leaving residue behind. My car's floor mats were just placed in the truck. Later I was told they were put there because they were wet. Well if the car wasn't ready then why call me to pick it up. I can say ther service advisor did provide good customer service. In the end the quality of work was terrible.

From the start, when I brought my 2009 Acura in on saturday, Marth 10th at 8:15am, everything seemed to go smoothly. A loner car was given, and I was told from Jackson, my advisor, that he would call me with a diagnosis as soon as he knew. I went about my day to see that it's 12:30pm with no call yet, so I reach out to Jackson. He takes down my phone number, again, and says he'll call me right back with what he can find out. It was then 3:26pm when I still haven't gotten a call back from Jackson, to which AGAIN, I am calling back about hearing no status of my car all day. Jackson is put on the line to which he gives me the diagnosis, which the parts for my car would not be available until Monday morning. I give him the Okay, and I go about my weekend, seeing as you guys are closed on Sunday. Monday morning comes around and I get a call at 10:50am, from Jackson, saying my parts should be in by 12-12:30 and will be installed as soon as possible. He then tells me he will be leaving for vacation to Texas in a couple hours, which he'll pass on my case to another advisor to finish it off. Slightly confused and still willing to work with everyone, I tell him that sounds good. It is now 4pm and I have received NO call from any other advisor, in which if the pads should have gotten there at 12pm, I would have expected some progress on the vehicle. Again,i reach out to the service advisors, not knowing who has my current case because that information wasn't given to me, and Lorenzo picks up the phone. He seems confused and can't find Jackson's file with my car/information, to which I head softly faded, "who has Jackson's 2009 MDX?". Not a pleasing as question while my car has now been at the dealership for a whole 3 days. Lorenzo asks for my cell number, which Jackson should have already had on file, so he could call me back when he figures it out. Briefly after, Scott calls me. Ive worked with scott previously with a default full front axel when I had it replaced in January. He is an excellent advisor and treated me well. He then told me that the parts have NOT been delivered yet, 4 hours after the expected time Jackson gave me that morning. Scott then told me he would call as soon as the car was finished, to let me know as I would be at work until later that night. I received no call that night. The next morning, at 7:50am, Scott calls and short and simple tells me the car is ready and to come pick it up. I show up about a hour later, to which I wait 10 minutes just to be noticed by an advisor, to which it also wasn't Scott, who should have handled the case if he was the one who called me twice about my car. This has been my 4th time visiting this dealership, and every time I have has problems with communication, advisors keeping their word, customer satisfaction, the list could go on. My second time in 3 months bringing the same car in, to which both times was an inconvenience to myself as well as time being wasted within your establishment for the mechanics and advisors, having my car sitting back in the wearhouse for a full 3 days. I usually don't leave comments with surveys or do I put I've had a negative experience, but I can sure say I will not be giving my business to my local Honda dealership in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope something at the McGrath facility changes, to better assist other customers who are unfortunately receiving "satisfactory customer service"
