A simple oil change that I had an appointment for, took an hour and a half. I then paid $60 for upgrading the oil to synthetic. I know the cost difference of regular vs synthetic, this is ridiculous. I’ll be doing my own oil changes from now on for half the cost, in half the time.

I was told it would take one hour for an oil change. I waited two hours and no one came out to let me know how it was going. Finally after I went up front they said the car was just finished up. I made it obvious before I even got the oil change that I needed to be out as soon as possible.....I then asked which way I should take the car out of the bay and the way which I was directed the door didn’t even open and I had to get out and open the door. My family has bought 3 cars from this location but will not be back again
