He was able to take a portion off of my bill, which my previous honda dealership never would have done. I am not a fan of filing out surveys.
I already asked, but got no reply to my questions about The McGrath Advantage Program. We’ve been a member for years but have yet to receive or been offered anything. We have leased or bought at least 6 cars from your dealership.
Not happy that my daughter’s 2012 Civic blower motor had to be replaced a couple of months ago. Not happy that the car wash isn’t always open. I did already call this in months ago—Not happy that one of the car wash attendants pants were so baggy and falling down, his underwear showed.
Disappointed that you don’t offer more cars that have adjustable pedals My next car has to have this. And I will be looking to upgrade my 2010 CRV with 24,000 Miles in the next year
