I came in because my tire pressure light was on and for a car wash. During that time the technicians put a bolt in my tire and they had to fix and replace my tire. Although the service department was apologetic I didn't feel that they explained the situation well, they weren't responsive to me listening to the idea that it wasn't me that drove over it but it was their technicians, Or an explanation of what tires were low for the initial issue. I was there much longer than I anticipated and other than an apology I didn't feel that much was being done to ensure that I was being taken care of to get out of there quickly. I had only had the car for about 4 days and we didn't have a great sales experience so this was only my second experience with the dealership. This was not reinforcing my confidence in my relationship with the dealership.

From my contact with McGrath Through Alex and an inquiry about my recall appointment to the professionalism of Scott Anderson and salesperson Greg Domaszewski, I had a very enjoyable experience at McGrath. I intend at some point to replace my Honda Accord with a newer one as I like my V6 very much.The highlight of the early afternoon was when Miss McGrath greeted us in the waiting room. What a gracious young woman. I know where I will do my shopping.
