I was very satisfied with my service today. I had to have a few things done, and Ray discussed my options on which services can wait and which needed to be taken care of right away. I didn't feel any pressure to get any work done, as I have felt in the past with other dealers.

I was told my windshield wipers needed to be replaced and they were streaking. I responded that I changed them 3 weeks ago with NAPA brand myself.
When I was leaving he brought it up again! This time even suggested I return them. I pulled my car up the the sliding glass doors and turned on the wipers and sprayed the windshield, I asked him to come out and show me the streaking. He ignored me.
Sure, it's only wiper blades. This is exactly why dealer services have such a bad reputation.
I'm a huge car enthusiast and do my own work.
Shame on McGrath Honda for such up selling techniques. I appreciate your asking. John P

I had talked with someone previously about getting a new window and when I came in on my sched appt there was no window....not even an order. All I had was a few emails to confirm everything. Chris was very quick and apologetic at my first appt and made sure to put the order in for the window right then an there. When I came for my second appt where there was actually a window, Chris made sure to get me in a rental quickly and have me on my way while they worked on my car!
