Austin did a fine job but I am very disappointed with Honda. I showed proof that I had an issue with the engine. I was told that the issue could be with the transmission. I would need to spend more money to research it further. I chose not to waste more money. I will go back to my mechanic since Honda will not help.

Your service is not very good on explaining the cost , you charge more than other Honda dealers.two years ago you quoted me 1500 dollars for replacing the timing belt and I got it done at brilliance Honda for half of that . I will not be coming back and will not recommend you to anyone.
