Bryan was very accommodating coming up with a resolution for a battery in my key fob that didn’t work, but then we had some issues with the recommended valve adjustment service. It appears we did not need to have the valve adjustment done although it was tried to be performed. My car sensors went back off after the service and had to come back in and they had to reset them back to what they were prior to me having any of the recommended service done. I had no backfires with my car and there was no indication that any valve adjustment needed to be done, but it was highly recommended. I’m very frustrated with the recommendation to get the failed adjustment done and having to pay for something that did not even have you had be done. Very disappointing and frustrating. I hate when trust and integrity are questioned. I’ve been a loyal McGrath customer for many years with our car purchases and service.

Oil change was fine but I found out later the hood was not closed/locked. I had to ask my neighbor to help me close/lock the hood properly.
I know our van is old but it's no excuse for Honda to return the vehicle to me in that condition.

Luis did a great job. It was a rough start as he picked up worked order from a previous colleague(Manny), who is no longer employed by McGrath.
I came in for a B123 service, drop car off on Thursday evening for schedule work on Friday. Friday picked up car… Manny did not explain in detail the issues etc.
Saturday car was dead in parking lot. Jumped it to drop off again For review.
At that time stated it was battery… so the team provided new battery and worked out pro-rata cost. Also at that time they tested the alternator. We were good.
While driving home on Friday from Schaumburg, car died again had to tow it in.
After further review and inspection the alternator had to be replaced etc.
As you can imagine I was not happy or satisfied with the various outcomes.
In then end Luis and Roberto did make it right for me the customer.
Luis’s demeanor was fabulous. He understood my frustration and my “rants” and I truly appreciate what he did for me and advocating for the customer. Also shout out to Roberto.
While the car is 11+ years old, which I bought from McGrath, I bring the service to your team. As a consumer there is many choices for service. But I choose your team.
