I can’t say I am completely happy that my 11-month-old Pilot with less than 7,000 miles needed to be in the service department from 9 am to 4:30 pm yesterday. I am happy that it was fixed and was given transportation to and from my home while it was serviced and I wasn’t charged anything. But it did cost me time and some anxiety.
