Before I start my message, I need to preface that Jason was very polite. I’ve dealt with him before and he’s very kind. I don’t have any specific issue directly with him. That being said, however, it took three hours for your team to change four tires. I was quoted an hour and a half maybe sooner. I also had them take a look at my front right wheel which your shop has two times told me there’s nothing wrong with it. And they found this visit that there was definitely something wrong with it. I am a Mcgrath fan but it’s visits like this. That makes people hate going to the dealer.

My car is 1 1/2 years old and for the second time I was presented an estimate for $850 worth of fluids. This drives up your cost of ownership. I am going to have the five fluids bid by some one else. I am retired. As a committed Honda customer maybe pick one for each time I come in. You dont check the fluids you do it by time or mileage. I probably would pay an extra $150 for each oil change but thats not how it was presented. Every time I come in for an oil change this happens. Several of the fluid changes are ones I never did in 56 years of car ownership. If I didn’t know better I would say it is a way for Honda to drive up service revenue. I think you could do it much more strategically, but thats just me.
