There were a number of issues. I was told I would be contacted with updates about my service later the same day, but didn't receive any update until the next day. I was then told I would get an update a few hours later and no update was given until I called at the end of the day. The work I asked to be done was not done. I provided coupons for discounts on the services and none were applied (even though I was told they would be). I was given a quote of $5000 for a fix that the a quick Google search tells me should be $1000-$1200. I was not offered a car to use even though my car was not given back to me the same day. All around it was a poor experience.
