Your service team did OK customer service wise, but it should not have taken this long. would of liked a loaner, a car under warranty should be allowed a loaner. Being car-less for 4 days was very inconvenient for me. Cost me a day off work that should have not been necessary. When I originally leased this car through McGrath, I was offered insurance on the wheels and tires. the finance rep stated “IF ANYTHING HAPPENS” it will be covered. ANYTHING sounds like wear and tear to me. Having to buy my own tires is ridiculous when I already pay extra in my lease payment for this. That’s bad business practices and unfair. The last time I had to pay for tires I was asked to pay $100 for each tire as a “Deductible”. NOT one time did that finance manager mention anything about a deductible. I may have to file a complaint with the BBB regarding that.
