On the other hand the price was really high 500$ for car service comparing to other companies. My first year on as a Honda buyer. Please and I hope you take this in consideration. I can not do that every car service and more likely I need just regular maintenance and normal Check ups like other companies which are more accommodative. Much appreciated, thank you again for making Honda.

My son showed up to drop off my car for an oil change at the scheduled appointment time. He was told it would take 3.5 hours if he waited or he could come back later. I called the dealership to determine why the long wait since we had an appointment. I was told that a service manager would call me back. Never got a call back and we had to change our entire work schedule to accommodate the dealership. Never again! Why make an appointment if you can’t honor it?
