I am not able to locate my car and house keys. I had them when I drove into Honda, I left my spare key with the car when I left the car at the dealership. I have looked all over the house 3 times and cannot locate them. I called the dealership twice today to see if they were left at the dealership or if I could have left them on the front seat of the car when the gentleman used the courtesy car to drive me home. Of course, no one has called me back. Very annoying and concerning. This same thing happened when I was arranging to bring my car in, NO ONE ever calls you back. Poor customer service!

Thank you to the technician who stayed late to get the work completed in my car. So far so good. Brakes feel better. Just a note the car dealer in Schaumburg always washed my car with any service. It was always appreciated and a treat. I was told I had to buy my car there for that service. I moved and feel a little penalized.

Jason was courteous, knowledgeable, very informative and addressed all my concerns. The 2 young men that drove me to and from my home were wonderful as well. Service took much longer than was estimated but the staff I encountered were all pleasantly courteous so I still give them a score of 10 out of 10.
