Jerry is always great that’s why I requested him. Prior to my seeing him my experience was absolutely terrible and I don’t deal well with disrespectful comments/questions. I definitely think there should be some coaching provided. Instead of asking a person what type gas they use or telling a customer what functions on the vehicle affect gas mileage, the question should have been, when was the last time you reset your trip odometer? Unless she doesn’t know that has an impact on mpg. That’s exactly why customers choose to make changes

Pensé que mi cobertura de seguro ayudaría al menos que fuera un gasto mínimo, sin embargo a pesar de que no se le encontró falla al vehículo me cobraron $200, no entregaron lavado el vehículo, ni siquiera ofrecieron el servicio de transporte mientras se reparaba el vehículo,no ofrecieron algún tipo de apoyo con el pago que se hizo de algún cupón o descuento por ser la primera vez el servicio de taller, me fueron a traer a mi casa pero porque yo lo pedí sino ,ni siquiera tuvieron la cortesía de ofrecermelo, gaste en grúa 2 veces nomas cristian ofreció tratar de ayudarme con ese tema, en general estoy más bien decepcionado con el servicio
