I called to make an appt specifically on a Friday since I know you don’t do car work in Saturday’s and I needed a loaner. The woman on the phone set me up with a 12:45 appt for Saturday to get my sane car/suv for my loaner. I received my text that the appt was confirmed. Saturday went to drop off my car to get the loaner and she had no record of my appt and NO suv that I was promised. Not very good communication to say the least.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation on a 2023 HR-V with about 7,000 miles. I was about 2-3 miles away from the dealership when my TPMS alert went off. I had to return to the dealership to ascertain what was wrong. My TPMS alert was NOT on prior to my coming in for service. Sebastian (tech) was able to reset the system. He then explained that there is a glitch that requires the system to be reset three consecutive times in order for it to work correctly. However, the tech that worked on my vehicle must not have done that. This cost me more time and frustration. Mistakes like this affect the trust between the customer and the service center. Techs should know about this glitch so that customers are not unnecessarily inconvenienced.
