Jason is always very helpful and courteus. However the wait times are ridiculous. I waited almost 2 hours before he came and told me they didn't even look at my vehicle. I then got a loaner. The overall customer service is not up to par at all! They definitely need to improve. Jason and Jerry however are excellent!

We were satisfied with the service of the car and that the manager and other service employees were nice and helpful. We weren’t overall happy with how Luis treated us as he was very unhelpful and not respectful. He treated us like we were women who didn’t know anything about our car or how to operate it. His tone with us was rude and he seemed like he didn’t want to help us after we listed the safety concerns we where experiencing with car. I appreciate everyone who helped us that day and the manager being nice but if I return I would not work again with Luis.
