I just wish I would have been contacted about some things that were recommended to be done during the multi point inspection as has been the case every time I've brought in my car for the past 11-12 years. I would have had you guys replace my cabin air filter at the same time, for example. Now I have to make a separate appointment and return to get this done. It's very inconvenient. I dropped off my car for a reason - to allow you time to work on my car. I wasn't expecting you to take on a big job the same day but an air filter could have been fairly quickly changed. It's never been an issue for over a decade of me coming to your dealership. The service advisor, Luis, who did my intake was very kind and professional, but this was my main concern - the lack of communication.

I went on to get my 100,000 mile update on my 2016 pilot. It was done quickly, Monika explained everything and the work was done quickly. A few days later my car stopped working 30 miles away from the dealership. Monika sent out someone to jump my car and take me home. Monika was in constant contact with me, even if she didn’t have an update, she called and texted me frequently. I am very happy with McGrath specifically Monika she did everything she could and more. My experience could not have been better. 5 stars!
