Came in for a B 1 service at 9:45am today 3-15. I needed to be done right at 11am or just after. Girl who made my appointment said it should take 55 minutes. I also mentioned that my passenger side headlight was recently replaced and not working all the time. Upon arrival I was told that the service would be at least 90 minutes, my headlight may not get looked at and asked if I wanted my car washed....to which I replied yes if there's time. My car was ready at about 10:50 so that was great!!!! However....I was told to get a new bulb for my headlight. I asked why it wasn't replaced and was told that I just bought it so I should take it back there to get another one. I REALLY wish I was told that all I needed was another new bulb because I would have said please just replace it. Also my car was done in plenty of time to run it through the car wash.... which I noticed when I tried to just wash it myself that it is no longer open to McGrath Honda owners?? Bought my car from McGrath 10 years ago and this is the first time that I've questioned or been disappointed in the service and communication.

I am waiting on the answer back for the body guy to let me know what's the estimate for the dent on my car. I'm very unsatisfied as the service people act like they're paying something and put everything as is "not covered"
