Upon picking up my vehicle the vibration noise that it was in for was still there. Another service writer was kind enough to check it out with me, but unfortunately the noise could not be duplicated at the dealership (although it did repeat on the drive home).

I had a 100,000 mile check up for my car. That was going to mean it may be expensive because there’s a lot of items on the list to do. We got new tires partial new brakes and a lot of other stuff. Would’ve been nice to have known that it would be $4000 prior to the work commencing, I may have considered purchasing a new car. However, I’m very happy with the repairs and hope that I can get another hundred thousand miles. I had a loaner car for several days. I would mention that the hood was not secured and I found that out going quite fast down the highway. Fortunately, it didn’t flip up and it was an easy fix for me. But it was so much scary , I would absolutely recommend Honda. Luis was exceptional. And I do mean that. I trust Honda with my car and always have.
