It was a a frustrating experience. Lack of communication and very poor customer service.
I was told the car will be ready and the will call me. The dealer closes at 4 on Saturday. At 3 no one called in, I called to ask four different people kept putting me on hold after asking me who am I and the reason for calling. The fifth person transferred to a voice mail. I called back in only to be told the car was not going to be ready. After Haggling over the phone the car was done it was only 20k service.
