Service provided by rep Matthew R Percey is horrible and he is always confrontational.
The gentleman do not hesitate to make up stuff when he does not know the answer.e.g After my radio got deactivated due to battery removal some functiona like AUX were disabled and He told me my radio is completely shorted and won't work.I had to educated him the process using Vortex link.
I have many other examples.

Very disappointed in the service here. It has gotten worse with each visit. Peter was very rude to me. When I shared the experience with my daughter she said-I bet the guy who helped you was Pete- he always belittled me when I brought the car in.
He was disrespectful and attempted to argue with me about what was fixed in my car. Turns out nothing was really fixed because my car was dead when I went to start it today. I was told a diagnostic test would be run yesterday and the battery would be replaced. The battery was in fact replaced but no test was run. I called today and was told to bring the car back for the diagnostic test. I honestly don’t want to ever return to Lindsay VW!
