In every communication we felt like we were bothering people there. I was also very surprised that there was no call/text letting us know the car would take so long to fix. In fact, there was no call/text until it was ready. At the time I set the appt (in person), I asked about an oil change. I was told there was a $59 special, but when I asked for the total when the car was ready, I was told a higher amount. I asked about it, it was updated, but should that happen? Overall, I wasn't impressed with the whole experience and plan to take the cars to Fairfax from now on.
