David was not the working the day I was in the shop. The diagnosis and actual fix made to the car didn't match the service write-up. I spoke to the mechanic who described in detail the work he did. I was impressed with the mechanics attention to detail solving the problem. However, when I requested that correct diagnosis and fix be added to my account I received push back from the service manager Paul. What should have been a minor request to document the issue has left a poor impression of the service management.

I had to have my car towed back to the dealership today, July 23rd as I had throttle issues on my commute home from Fair Oaks on Sunday. I could not do over 40 Miles an hour. The car had tape stickum all over it and was not cleaned as I was told it would be. When it wrecked a soda went all over the windshiel and it was still there .... really??? Very disappointed as we were told it was getting all cleaned up for us for the last few days.
