Marco was great and extremely helpful. Unfortunately after the tire rotation, the Tiguan has some vibration and the alignment was off. I spoke to Marco after wards and he recommended putting the back tires on their original position. I will give it a few days and see what happens. Thnaks

I understand they deal with a lot of the same every day but Matt’s demeanor was indicative of a person who is tired or bored with their job. The funny thing is, I’m not that surprised. As a person who sold Audi’s in the past I’ve learned that is what is to be expected. Is was the same at my dealership. I guess I was hoping it would be different. My suggestion: take these surveys and actually use them as coaching tools. Improve the customer service and ask them to smile more. It’s the small things that keep people like me coming back and not going to JiffyLube.

I scheduled an appt for 8:30a.. when I got there Shawn didn’t greet me and advised me he was going get my car in after lunch and it would be ready between 2 and 4 initially because I said I’m not waiting at the dealer because I had errands to run. Then, when I questioned him he changed it to be ready by noon. If I schedule my car for an 8:30a appt I expect my car to be ready according to how long the repair or maintenance takes which in this case was 2 hrs. And again when my car was ready he did not greet me. That’s very representation of your company’s customer service.
