$800 dollars for 3 hours labor? Unbelievable. I was told that my parts came in yesterday, and that it was going to be worked on in the morning. I get a call letting me know that my car is ready at 11am. I look at my receipt and realize that $800 dollars out of $1450 total balance was due to labor only. Also, my windows don’t roll up/down now and I did NOT have this issue when I brought my car in. Terrible experience. Overcharged. Never again

The 2017 Jetta is the very first VW I have ever owned. Ever since day one Lindsay VW has provided excellent service. I’ve been to different dealers (different auto makes) and customer service definitely doesn’t compare. Customer service is not just about doing what is right for the customer, is making the customer wanting to comeback. The day I arrived the floor for the service bay was being repainted. I thought it was close but decided to come into the dealer and double check. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but he explained to me what was going on and personally walk me to the Service Bay where Marco was. Rather than just saying “Oh yeah! It’s open go to the service bay” he made me feel comfortable and sure that my car and I will be taken care of. Marco definitely did a tremendous job explaining to me the service my car was going to receive. It was just a simple oil change but he went beyond by explaining what it comes along with that service. He gave me an estimated time of when my car was going to be ready. My vehicle was ready before the estimated time, which was amazing! I can say no other dealer truly knows the definition of customer service like Lindsay VW, and Marco do! Thank you for all that you guys do!

I was informed there was only one additional fault showing up as an error in the diagnostics and that was with the coolant system. The engine light went back on and I’ll get my car in on the 9th to have the coolant drained and replaced. Hopefully this will eliminate the issue with the engine light coming on. I suspect the fluid in the car was for a different climate and the mix of it with another might be doing it, or the thickness isnt right. Or it is too old. Matt has has been so helpful. He wasn’t working when I called but we’ll fet it sorted out the morning of June 9th.

It is inexcusable my car had another service call within two weeks of a major service 110K checkup. I dislike poor excuses! You do not care about performance, but taking my money. You will reap what you sow, financially. Another problem I requested my beetle detailed and my request was ignored. Also, my car smell of damp water and my rear tag was bent. There is nothing better than poor customer service! I don't appreciate poor service and I am positive your dealership would not appreciate poor service. Do you pay for poor service?
