The service department was able to take me after a problem with a tire (a week before my scheduled appointment.) They completed all my car needs with an hours notice.????????

My recent service was hopeless !!
The trunk was never cleaned.
The car was hardly vacuumed for the first time and I had to request again for the vacuuming to be re-done. I had purchased extended warranty at the time of my car purchase. The person I spoke to for getting the re-cleaning done is questioning me if I have paid for the service. That was so rude in the first place. COME ON ! I HAVE PAID close to $2000 as part of my extended warranty. Learn to show some courtesy to your customers.
Also I was asked to change the tire just because one of the existing tire had a nail in the centre along the treading. I had later learnt that this could have been patched and a tire replacement would have been necessary only had the nail got pierced anywhere on the side of the tire. Just a waste of money. $230 charged for the new tires ! deserve to be compensated for this !
