I think when you have an appointment and make the effort to be there on time, that your car should be handled on time. I noticed that mine was waiting after I finished the paperwork and went to the waiting room for at least 20 minutes before anyone even moved it to a service bay. Maybe it would be better, to use express service. That option was not offered when I called to make an appointment.
