I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service that Peter Herman provided today and always he is great attention to detail, great communication skills, ready smile made the experience even better than I expected.
My VW CC sport water pump suddenly failed and started antifreeze leaking. This was so weird as I replaced the water pump 2 months ago at Lindsay VW sterling VA, and it failed again. Now i have an oil leak. Peter done a great job replacing the water pump under warranty for me. The only thing remains is the oil leak I am not sure if this came as result of the water pump failure or something else. If you don't mind to pleeeeeeease ask your profficional mechanic if the water pump failure with antifreeze leaks will cause an engine oil leak. If yes I am asking VW to fix this issue for me under warranty of the work that was done to my car 2 months ago. My car records at Lindsay VW not showing an oil leak before, how come that i have an oil leak suddenly right after antifreeze leak from water pump failure.
Please investigate, help and let me know
I love VW, I being driving VW for the past 10 years, started with 2008 Jetta, 2011 jetta and now I have the 2012 CC

Now that I think of it, what exactly is a SHOP CHARGE FOR REPAIR ORDER? I feel like you just gouged another $44.99 out of my wallet just because you could. This WILL affect any future decisions to service my car at your dealership. It most certainly makes the idea of replacing my 11 year old car with a new one from your establishment less than palatable.
