Jonas has always provided the best quality of service every time I bring my vehicle in. I know things happen that are sometimes out of our control. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change on Monday only to find out that there was some leaking with the axles. I understood what needed to be done and that it would take an extra day or two. I spoke with Jonas on Tuesday and he made sure I knew that parts needed to be ordered (understandable). He mentioned that one part was taking longer than expected and I would have to wait until Wednesday afternoon/evening to get my car back and after they were done with the repair, the car would be tested and washed. I messaged Jonas twice on Wednesday afternoon and called Wednesday afternoon since I hadn’t heard back. Finally, after calling this afternoon (Thursday) I got ahold of someone (not Jonas) in the service department, I was told my vehicle was ready. I came to pick it up and after 20-30 minutes of waiting and being helped by a very nice gentleman, the vehicle was brought out (not even washed). My experience with Jonas has always been positive and he always makes sure I am completely satisfied with the service provided. I am VERY hisitant on bringing my vehicles here in the future so I hope this is an isolated experience. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.

I liked the new tech used to tell me the status on my car. I came for an oil change but I got other things that were brought to my attention in servicing my car, which I checked off to be taken care of. Overall a good experience.
