I am glad to see that you are using iPads and reducing paper; however, the electron repair order I received from you this morning did not reflect that it was from Lindsay. I suggest you have it reflect Lindsay automotive, so that your customers do not think they are receiving spam.

Service reps were professional and curtious. Price to replace a oil dipstick tube was absolutely ridiculous. $370 to stick a tube in a hole with an o-ring and make sure it does leak is the ridiculous part and coming up with more than .5 hr of labor seems almost impossible, but you found a way. By the way, I knew what it would take to fix it, but I thought I would see what the dealer would charge given I didn’t have a lot time. Reasonableness was not how I would describe my experience.
