Was unsatisfied with service. Requested that my driver side windshield washer fluid spout be fixed and it was not. Also had a service rep come look at the manual lock on my driver side door for use with the actual key. Was told I should just Grease the lock mechanism but when I asked if they could do it for me so I can understand if I needed new keys to be laser-cut they acted as if they did not have oil to lubricate the mechanism. Left there unsatisfied and will not be bringing my car back there for service.

I’m sorry it took so long, but I know Donna always wants to be absolutely sure that things are done right. The ATS loaner was nice, but I naturally would rather have my XTS! I have always been pleased with my experience at Lindsay. It helps that I have the best service advisor- although all of them are very friendly and, I’m sure, quite knowledgeable.
