I am completely appalled at how nonchalant my service advisor was when it came to my issue. I made an appointment to come in on a Thursday morning to have my AC checked. I knew what the issue was because my mechanic checked it out and told me he didn't have the proper equipment.... My service advisor assumed i was okay with dropping off my jeep "until sometime next week before it could be brought into the shop." He told me there was a rental vehicle available for me for the low cost of only $35 a day...yet he couldn't give me an estimate as to how many days i should expect it to be. So instead of leaving my jeep sitting there all weekend we made a new appointment for the same time the following Monday. When i arrived the service manager checked me in. He was extremely pleasant. I asked him if he thought this issue would be solved that day and he said probably between 2 and 5 but most likely wouldn't be until later that evening justvto be safw. At 140 i called for an update and my service advisor informed me that they haven't even pulled my jeep in and there was 2 vehicles still in front of me and I probably wasn't going to be seen that day! He was unsympathetic to the fact that this was my 2nd time driving almost an hour just to come up and be told that I wasted my time. No "sorry for the confusion" or "inconvenience". I told him to forget it, that I needed my vehicle and I would come get it. He said he would have my jeep ready for me when I got there. I showed up 30 minutes later and still had to wait at least another 10 minutes. On my way home I called safford jeep, set up an appointment for the next day (today). I dropped off my jeep, they were honest with me and told me they would diagnose it today but probably wouldn't get it fixed until the next day. By 3 pm they had called me with an update. So, it may not be a big deal to a huge dealership like Lindsay but that $1000 is going to a different dealerships service department.

First off, I was told I still had an open recall on my vehicle that I took to the dealer last time to be fixed and was never made aware that they did not fix it then. Second when I received my vehicle back after repairs this time, there were oil marks/fingerprints and stains all over the vehicle.
