No one called me when the vehicle was ready. The next day I had to call to find out what was going on, and everyone was confused as no one that had touched the vehicle had worked that day. This is the second time in a row I have had this kind of experience. The previous time was worse. I had an appointment at 8:30am and I showed the guy the problem with the tire pressure sensor intermittently malfunctioning, and explained that this was the second time I was bringing the vehicle in for this problem, as it had not actually gotten fixed the time before. No one looked at the vehicle all day or called me (Day 1). The next day you guys call me back and say you dont remember what the problem is (Day 2). You then call and say that you cannot reproduce it. I leave work and go back down there and show you guys the problem again. The service rep says the he sees it, he understands what the problem is now, and they will fix it. The next day the same service rep call me back and tell me that you guys cannot reproduce the problem and no one has seen it malfunction (day 3). Of course I am losing my patience at this point, and I remind him that I was standing right next to him the day before, and we both watched it malfunction, and he admitted he saw it as we watched it. To which he replied "Oh... oh... oh... we will get it fixed right away. Late the following day (day 4) you guys call me and say that all you had to do was re-program the sensor and everything is fine now. I go pick up the vehicle and I don't even get to Klines before the tire sensor starts going off again. I like Brad, and I get that Brad was probably having an off day this time, or that Brad did what he was supposed to and someone else dropped the ball. However, the experience before that was horrible. And I want to point out that I am not posting this on Yelp, I am not responding to the corporate RAM survey that I was also send, I am not trying to stick it to anyone. You guys use to be really good.

My vehicle was kept for at least one week without any contact from your organization. When I phoned your service department, I was told that, this turn of events was my fault. I was further informed that several attempts at reaching me (via phone) were unsuccessful, despite several calls from the sales staff, during the same period of time and to the same number. I was given a litany of reasons and blamed for this having taken place. After having the vehicle moved to your body shop, I was treated respectfully and professionally. These personnel also contradicted almost every rationale and reason I’d been given for the rude and unprofessional behavior exhibited by Victor and his manager.

Thanks for great service only problem was the windshield had palm prints and fingerprints directly in the drivers vision. They wete obvious and heavy or I would not have mentioned it. I will refrain from mentioning it on the Chrysler survey.

I was told that I would receive a complimentary car wash. Not only did I not receive the car wash, but it was indicated on the invoice that it was done. Very dishonest and disappointing.
