Everything went smoothly and Brad was super to deal with. The only minor issue is that the invoice stated "complimentary vehicle wash" which did not happen. In fact, the brand rim is caked with whatever lube material was used to mount it to the tire.
I wasn't expecting a vehicle wash but it is listed on the invoice as completed and it was brought to my attention specifically when I was signing the paperwork. So, in turn I will specifically mention that it was not done.
There is no reason to contact me on this. I only mention because I'm being specifically asked. Otherwise, I would never have brought it up.
