Although I wasn’t having the greatest experience with Lindsay’s because of my previous advisor Jack Fetchko turned the experience around for me and was super helpful and kept me informed with text updates. Jack was friendly and knowledgeable. He also called promptly to let us know our vehicle was ready. Lindsay of Manassas is the only place I trust with the care of our vehicles.

When I dropped off my car at 8am for my speaker going out and my tire pressure system light on I was told it would be about 2-3 hours and he would call me and let me know what was going on! Well I waited till about 2pm before I called cause I had not heard anything from them. When I called I was transferred to service and another representative answered and said let me find victor for you well I ended up getting disconnected and I called back. Was again transferred to service and the same gentlemen answered the phone and said hold on I will get Victor. So victor gets on the phone and says well we don’t see anything wrong with the speaker it is working just fine. I said well that’s weird because it’s been like this for about a month or so now and it has not stopped. You can hear the crackle in it. He said well we have tested it and it works fine. I then asked about the tire pressure system light. He said well they haven’t looked at that yet cause we were trying to do the speaker first. He said we will look at that and I will call you back. So about 30 mins goes by and he calls me back and says oh the speaker is bad and needs replaced and the sensor on the front passenger tire is not good. So I need to order the parts and they will be here Monday. So now that my car had been there ALL day for what was supposed to be 2-3 hrs of diagnosing and then discussing what was wrong. Turned in to y’all having my Jeep ALL WEEKEND! So I was left to figure out what I was going to do for a car all weekend and how I was going to get back and forth to work. I understand parts need to be ordered but it just seemed like they weren’t doing anything till I called and were just making excuses.
