This is the first time I went through the warranty process. I anticipated issues in getting the work covered, however everything was very smooth and Jack was awesome, very professional and respectful.

No reflection on Brad, or your mechanics, who all seemed to do a fine job. The communication problem that you had a year ago (when I last tried your shop) seems to be resolved and that was good to see. Operationally it's all good. But your prices are insane! Your quoted hourly shop rate says 136.95, but your flat rate for what you do?? For example, My air bag control module went bad. I don't know how thorough the codes generated are that tell you whats wrong just from reading the scanner, but what Brad told me was a simple ohmmeter check between 2 pins declares it dead. You have to remove the seat to get to it, but I know for a fact you can do that in 5 minutes (and that was just with a conventional ratchet), with power tools? About 90 seconds. I'll be charitable, 10 minutes. The module is bolted to the bottom of the seat with a couple of bolts and has 4 or 5 quick disconnect wires to remove it, which might take another 5 -10 minutes. So lets do the math, you charged me $377..93 worth of labor. That comes to 2.75 hours. For an operation that should easily be done within 1 hour. There wasn't some gory crazy issue with the wiring (which could take hours), it was the module. Ole dummy here with the manual tools could have easily done the whole thing if I had the module in my hand in an hour. You got $325 for the module itself, check of the internet says for dealer parts, that's not horrible. But the labor? crazy. Brad's explanation...well they have to remove the seat. I've removed the seat folks, it's 4 bolts. Then lets look at the 3 way valve. That particular part seems to be known to be an issue for 2014 Ram 1500's. Every vehicle has their issues from the factory, I hope I don't find alot of other ones. Somebody did a PCM update for it while the truck was under warranty, which seems to be what they always try, instead of replacing the valve. Oh well, it's been in and out, I wanted it fixed. There's a Youtube video on the web that shows you EXACTLY what you have to do to replace it. I should have watched it first. Labor? $295.48. 2.15 hours. Remove the air cleaner, 2 bolts to the frame, 1 plug, 3 hose clamps. The Youtube video is about 15 minutes long. I bet I can do it in under an hour with simple tools. Price of the valve new on Ebay, $165. You charged $324.12. 100% markup??? Puhlease. I let you guys do a bunch of other stuff that the truck probably didn't really need but I try to baby the truck so I went for it. Could have said no to all of that stuff, but I said yes, I was quoted a price, I agreed, no quibble. Again, no reflection on Brad. He typed the stuff in the computer, it spat out a price. That price is ridiculous. Next time if I don't want to do it myself, I will go shop around and find a mechanic who charges for the time that it really takes, not throwing out some insane number from the computer. Or I'll call a number of dealers myself, I'm sure I can dicker somebody out of a better price.

I feel like you guys don't take my knowledge of machines seriously. I've been complaining (nicely) about the exact same things since I drove this truck off the lot, and this time, you guys rotated my tires and ignored the obvious uneven wear and cupping on one of my tires and didn't even report it to me. I asked for the brakes and lower control arm bushings to be checked while the tires were coming off, but nope.
