The floor mats to my Jeep are missing. I had installed a set of WeatherTech floor mats for the front and rear passengers. I went to drive my Jeep this morning and I noticed that my floors mats are missing. I immediately called the service departand queried if they know the status of the mats and the response was “nobody knows anything about missing floor mats. I am very disappointed that my floor mats are missing. Please call me at ****-****-xxxx. James G

No communication from the actual mechanic. Poor service advisor didn't know the simple difference between a 5sp and an 8sp ram. Not his fault. Could have saved me a day without my vehicle. I had simple diagnostic problem. Service reservations are taken by off site people who don't even understand good English. Bottom line: last ditch effort for warranty service failed and now I am stuck with problem. I will contact **** Smallwood (client of mine) Monday.

Your technician Jack and his service manager did everything they could to satisfy me. Because the radio is intermittent they could not find a trouble code. And without a code they can’t fix or replace the radio. I understand their position. It is up to the owner of the dealership or the manufacturer to make this right. I am not optimistic about either doing the right thing. Overall I remain unhappy with my experience at your dealership. But so far, I love my truck.
