victor did a good job putting up with my antics and requests. i was initially upset about the rental situation but he took care of that. i requested they save the damaged parts which he didnmake sure of, he made sure all the warrantybstuff was adressed and all my requests were met so overall im happy with his service.

To be honest,
I am satisfied with the end results. There were disconnects in the beginning and I felt that the first gentleman I encountered was very arrogant and seemed to be having a bad day. The manager stepped in and was very helpful, he replaced that gentleman with Victor who was nice enough but slow to respond and didn’t really communicate as well as I’d like. He did contact me each time the vehicle was ready but never really responded to my text messages in a timely manner. Maybe there was an automated error or something. Your manager the did his best to provide good customer service and restored my faith with your dealership. I was convinced that I’d never purchase a vehicle from that establishment but after my experience with Mike I now know that I can expect that my vehicle will be taken care of and that in the end he will deliver. He is a man of his word and has earned my respect.

I hate to complain but I unfortunately really did not have a good experience. When I called to set up the appointment the lady in service said my recalls required a service manager to call me to set it up. She also said they had no loaner cars so I would either have to stay or they had a shuttle. I provided my info but never received a call so I called back and spoke with Brad who was very nice and apologized. I scheduled and brought my car for drop off. The gentleman was very nice and said the two recalls would take 2hours and asked when I needed it by. I said 1 to pick up my kids and he said no issues since it was 845am,he said he would put 12 just to be sure. While getting set up I over heard another person be offered a loaner so I asked and they said of course they offered them. At this point my husband and I both took off the day from work since the shuttle doesn’t go far enough to our work our house. So we drop it off expecting it to be done around 1-2. By 230 I figured surely it was done so we headed there and I called and it hadn’t even been in th shop yet. I spoke to Brad who again was nice and apologetic but said they never should have told me that because they had lots of work that day. He said he would see what he could do but wasn’t sure what time. So I had to make arrangements to borrow a car to get my kids. He was able to get it done around 430 but by then it was already too late to get back out there and Home for us since we live in Haymarket. We got it the next day and Brad was nice but was a very disappointing experience.
